This place is clean with private parking, offering huge rooms and delicious meals prepared by friendly and professional staff.

The only thing we liked about this hotel was leaving it !

35C/95f no aircon, fan only- no cooling, Restaurant was closed to hotel guests because they "had a 'large party' booked in", hotel only has 2 lifts and one of them didnt work properly so it took ages to get to/from the rooms, breakfast was poor - very little food and poor choice of food. Certainly wouldnt ever stay here again.

Truly enjoyed spending my time in this clean hip new hotel. The location was great, to walk back for restaurants, it's a plus. Also, The Seawall was 2 miles away from the property. The property room was huge and big size, had central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television.

Clean place, room had AC and was pretty spacious, bed was comfy 😌. the food here is top-notch with a lot of choices. Every staff member was friendly and ready to help.

Location is a bit far from the center and surroundings not so nice. The neighborhood is newly constructed.

The hotel was very modern and clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room had a comfortable bed and a big TV, and there was free water and Wi-Fi. The location was great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The best part was the big monsoon shower in the bathroom.

Outside the hotel, there were just some office buildings and apartment complexes, which didn't look great. However, once inside the hotel, everything was lovely, clean, and stylish.

The rooms at Hotel Ciudad De Ponferrada were absolutely fantastic! I loved how they had exterior views, making me feel like I was truly experiencing the beauty of Ponferrada. The 32-inch flat-screen TV was a great addition, perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring. The spacious bathroom with a modern shower was just what I needed to relax and rejuvenate. the cozy and welcoming ambiance of the room made me feel right at home.

The only thing I personally didn't love was the individually regulated air conditioning. It didn't cool the room as much as I would have liked.
